ONLY 90mm H2 TIMBER USED
All components used in our Frames and Trusses are 90mm wide H2 treated timber
ALL 90mm TRUSSES
Each Truss is made using a minimum 90x35 H2 Treated Timber, even the truss webs
90x63 LVL TOP PLATES
All Our Load Bearing Walls are supplied with a 90x63mm LVL Top Plate. Trenched to suit studs.
45mm DOOR STUDS
All door studs are a minimum of 90x45 H2 Treated

Westview Frames and Trusses (NSW) is a manufacturing operation based in Sydney Metropolitan area, producing quality pre-fabricated timber wall frames and roof trusses for builders and own builders throughout New South Wales.
Westview believes that a house is only as good as its frame. Our prefabricated timber wall frames and roof trusses are from Machine Graded Pine (MGP). MGP which is produced using predominately plantation pine as well as sustainably managed forests and is termite resistant timber, comes with a 25-year guarantee (provided by Kopper Arch). So you can trust that your structure will last for generations. Each piece of MGP is manufactured to comply with Australian standards.
